Mother’s Day

It’s a rainy Mother’s Day and I am thankful. I am thankful for my kids and my mother, and my mother in law and my step mother.  Also, I am thankful for my ‘mom friends’ who ride this roller coaster with me. With you I can ‘happy-cry’ with over the moments of utter elation when we get it right, and crack up with over the moments of yucky, messy stuff that is life?  I can’t imagine what being a mother, or a daughter for that matter, would feel like if I couldn’t laugh at myself with all of you!
