Three Mile Harbor
Although we know we will sail Gerty well into the Fall season, this trip is significant in that the calendar says it will be our last summer sailing trip. We wake up excited and set sail immediately in light winds 8 knots NW to Three Mile Harbor. It’s so big, really big, beautiful, very beautiful and mostly empty. There are marshes and ice cream and ospreys- all the necessities for a glorious day.
Michael does a reasonably small boat project.
He is adding a photo-switch to the anchor light. Shout out to Julian for recommending this brilliant idea.
